The Standard

WCAG 2.1 level AA is the working target for every page. A shortfall is a defect with a place in the fix queue — not a footnote.

Already in Place

• Text sized and contrasted for tired eyes at 3 AM, including against our signature red.
• Alt text on product photography, so screen readers describe the gear, not the filename.
• Full keyboard navigation — every control reachable without a mouse, which also means reachable with one hand while the other holds a baby.
• Headings that outline each page instead of decorating it.
• Nothing that flashes, autoplays, or moves without being asked.

Honest About Gaps

A growing catalog can regress: new photos, new pages and new features each get an accessibility pass, and each is a fresh chance to miss something. We assume we have missed something and want to hear where.

Tell Us Where It Fails You

If a page resists your screen reader, keyboard or eyes, email [email protected] and name the page. Specific reports get specific fixes, and you will hear back about which and when.
