The Window

You have 45 days from delivery to return an item — longer than most, because baby gear is so often bought before the baby arrives and unpacked weeks later. Items should be unused and in their original packaging; a tag scanned at a baby shower is fine, a teether that has met teeth is not, for reasons every parent will understand.

How It Works

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and RETURN in the subject line.
2. Within one business day you receive a prepaid label and a reference code.
3. Box the item, attach the label, drop it off. The refund is released to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return scan — not of the parcel’s arrival.

Exchanges

Swapping a color or size — grey Duo for the black, the toddler plate set for the baby one — is faster than a return-and-reorder: name the swap in your first email and the replacement ships as soon as your return is scanned at drop-off.

Arrived Damaged or Wrong

Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and we replace it outright — no return trip needed for anything damaged. Gear headed for a baby does not get a “good enough” pass.

Gifts

Returning a gift without an order number? Tell us roughly when and where it was bought and what it is; gift returns are issued as store credit so the giver is none the wiser.
