We design baby gear, not data schemes. This page lists the little we collect and exactly why.

What You Give Us

Placing an order or emailing us shares the obvious: name, email, delivery address, order contents. We keep it because orders have to reach someone, and refunds have to reach back.

What Arrives on Its Own

Standard, aggregated analytics: which pages get visited, from what type of device, from roughly where. We use it to see which products people research and which pages fail to answer their questions. It identifies no one.

Where It Goes

• To the payment processor, to charge cards securely — we never see full card numbers.
• To the delivery carrier, printed on the shipping label.
• Nowhere else, unless the law requires it. Never sold, never rented, never traded.

Children

Our products are for children; our website is for their adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and a site about diaper bags has no reason to.

Your Choices

One email to [email protected] lets you see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Marketing email goes only to people who opted in, and every message has a working unsubscribe link.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires, then removed. Everything sits behind standard technical safeguards, applied seriously — with the honest note that no system on the internet is beyond all reach.
