The gear ships the way we design it: with the details thought through.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are picked and packed the same day; everything else goes out the next morning. Bags, bath gear and toys travel boxed — nothing is shipped in a bare mailer, because a diaper bag that arrives creased is a diaper bag that goes back.

A tracking number arrives by email the evening your order ships. Carriers usually post the first scan overnight — a link that looks empty for a few hours is normal, not a lost box.
Street addresses and PO boxes across all 50 states. Larger items — activity centers, some bath tubs — may ship separately from small goods in the same order; you will get a tracking link for each box, and never pay extra for the split.
Shipping a gift straight to the new parents? Add a note at checkout and we leave the prices off the slip. Half of what we send is going to a baby shower one way or another.
A parcel with no movement for three business days gets traced — send your order number to [email protected] and we open the case with the carrier the same day.
